This server is used for Linux/systems courses at ITACS.

Students

Log in over SSH with the username and temporary password your instructor gave you:

ssh your-username@itacs.baselinux.net

The first time you log in, you'll be asked to set your own password -- your temporary one won't work again after that.

Instructors

To request or update your access to the student account admin panel, SSH into itacs.baselinux.net with your normal Linux login and run:

webusermgr

It will show you your current IP (the same one above) and walk you through setting an admin-panel password. Access is limited to registered IPs, so re-run this any time your IP changes.
